OUR PROCESS
Planning
During the initial consultation, Ecocor will meet with you and discuss your vision, needs, and long-term goals for the space. Our team of professionals will discuss design, the build itself, and the execution of your project. Once a budget has been set, you will work with one of our knowledgeable contractors to select finishings and materials. We will make the necessary recommendations and suggestions to help you achieve exactly what you have in mind. We will have our designer put together a detailed architectural drawing for you so that you get a sense of how your space will look upon completion. We will discuss product and fixture options that are within your budget, and set reasonable time allowances for various phases of the project keeping in mind the time it takes to obtain permits, order materials, and prepare your home for renovation.
Building
Once it’s time to get started on the build itself, we’ll cover what is required for a safe working space for everyone involved and implement a plan that will minimize any inconvenience for your family. We will discuss any foundation, framing, electrical, drywall, and finishings pertaining to your project, and ensure that any material and debris are cleaned up by our crews on a daily basis. We treat your home like it’s our own from start to finish!
Completion
Once your project has been completed, a walk-through appointment will be scheduled in which we cover a detailed and comprehensive checklist for your project. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied. We’ll ensure that all of the necessary inspections have been completed and that you’re 100% satisfied with the final outcome.
