Permits and plumbing
Replacing fixtures in the same location usually doesn’t need a permit. Adding a new bathroom, or moving or adding plumbing and drains, generally needs a City of Toronto plumbing or building permit. We tell you early what your project needs and coordinate the permit and inspections.
